1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gript, a project management platform operated by Everyday Dzign (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Gript, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are effective as of April 1, 2026.

2. Description of Service

Gript is a web-based project management platform that provides task boards, document editing, time tracking, dashboards, automations, and collaboration tools. The service is accessible at gript.app and is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product hosted in the European Union, on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

3. Account Registration

Gript operates on an invite-only basis. Accounts are created by an organization administrator who invites users via email. You may sign in using Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, or email and password credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when your account is created, and keep your profile information current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gript only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the service to store, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malware
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without prior written consent
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Your data: You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store in Gript. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our platform, including its design, source code, and documentation, is proprietary to Everyday Dzign. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Feedback or suggestions you provide about the service may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Payment and Billing

Gript offers the following subscription plans:

  • Private: $5 per month (billed annually) or $7 per month (billed monthly)
  • Business: $8 per seat per month (billed annually) or $10 per seat per month (billed monthly)

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will review your case.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.

We process your data in the European Union and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep Gript available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Termination

By you: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon request, your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which you may export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

By your administrator: Your organization administrator may deactivate your account at any time according to their internal policies.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Everyday Dzign and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Gript after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service and request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU.
